Rheinmetall AG and Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S), the UK's defence procurement organisation, have agreed to extend their cooperation in the field of ammunition, which began in 2005, for another five years, with an option for a further two years. The partnering agreement represents a new order volume worth minimum €150 million for the period through to 2015. The parties now signed a contract to this effect at Rheinmetall Defence's regional office in Bristol.
